Welcome to LoveLetters, a monthly roundup of upcoming events, inspiring ideas and products we love. Our goal is to produce an issue of our newsletter towards the end of each month that will provide an overview of what we've been up to at LovEd and what we're loving lately.
In the past month, we had our third LovEd Live event on March 24th where we answered all your burning questions on love and personal growth. We were also interviewed for the Happiness After Heartbreak Summit where we talked about Clarity and the New Model for Love.
Our Ambassador Program is in full swing. The mission of the Program is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are invested in personal growth, passionate about doing love differently, and committed to being the best version of themselves. If you're interested in applying for next year's journey, you can follow this link to find out more.
We're almost ready to launch our Salon for Singles series! Stay tuned for next month's LoveLetters where we'll unveil all the details and reveal how you can participate.
Without further ado, here's our LoveLetters Issue 3.

BE THE 5 Segment:
LovEd's Clarity Program teaches us how to be a level 5 on the Emotional Maturity (EM) Scale. Each month, we feature someone who has inspired us with their high level of EM, meaning they've chosen not to take things personally, respond reactively or approach the situation in a way that contributes to the problem.
This month, our segment is focusing on Jessica Chastain. Recently on social media, Jessica shared a photo of herself supporting feminism and international women's day. One follower's reply challenged Jessica's pro-choice stance, but instead of invalidating her feelings and starting an argument, miss Chastain replied with love and compassion.
She took the time to learn about this particular fan's background and discovered that she had a crowdfunding campaign to help her struggle with becoming a parent. Jessica contributed financially to the campaign and both women were left feeling with a sense of sisterhood and empathy for one another. To read more about how Jessica Chastain demonstrated being the 5 on the EM Scale, you can visit this link.
LovEd Loves: Our Favorite BOOKS:
Here are our favorite books in the realm of self-help, relationships and personal-growth:
The Surrender Experiment tells the extraordinary story of what happened when, after a deep spiritual awakening, author Michael A. Singer decided to let go of his personal preferences and simply let life call the shots.
Tiny Beautiful Things brings the best of Cheryl Strayed (aka 'Dear Sugar') in one place. Filled with personality, humor, insight, compassion, empathy and raw honesty, this book is a salve for the human condition.
Conscious Uncoupling by Katherine Woodward Thomas intends to shift us away from approaching breakups with bitterness and pain, and instead guides us towards a new life of empowerment.
