Welcome to LoveLetters, a monthly roundup of upcoming events, inspiring ideas and products we love. Our goal is to produce an issue of our newsletter towards the end of each month that will provide an overview of what we've been up to at LovEd and what we're loving lately.
Our Ambassador Program is in full swing. The mission of the Program is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are invested in personal growth, passionate about doing love differently, and committed to being the best version of themselves. If you're interested in applying for next year's journey, you can follow this link to find out more.
We're working diligently on finalizing the launch for our Salon for Singles series, so stay tuned! It's going to be epic! So without further ado, here's our LoveLetters Issue 5.

BE THE 5 Segment:
LovEd's Clarity Program teaches us how to be a level 5 on the Emotional Maturity (EM) Scale. Each month, we feature someone who has inspired us with their high level of EM, meaning they've chosen not to take things personally, respond reactively or approach the situation in a way that contributes to the problem.
This month, our segment is focusing on John Mayer. If you've followed celebrity media over the past few years, you've no doubt heard about the controversy surrounding John. He has been accused of speaking inappropriately, especially about some of his well-known ex-girlfriends, during various public interviews. But then things went quiet for awhile.
Recently, John was interviewed on the YouTube segment "Hot Ones" where guests eat wings doused in varying degrees of hot sauce while answering questions. John revealed a few important things that demonstrated his level of emotional maturity has grown. First, he admits to having quit drinking, and had previously revealed on twitter that he's been sober since October 2016 with the message that sobriety's been a "constant return on investment".
John also revealed that he recently purchased a ranch in Montana that he escapes to when he becomes too much of that person he dislikes. He's admitted that he cared far too much about his ego and thriving off the praise and attention he'd receive from fans, now choosing to focus on his craft instead. Clearly, John has developed some self-awareness over the past few years. He's been able to acknowledge the parts of himself he doesn't care for, while making significant strides in mitigating the issues. John, thanks for being the 5!
