game changer. truth teller. people lover.
We are not taught how to love. We're growing up in a world that does not value the critical knowledge and skills required for successful relationships, and we're better than that.
As a marriage and relationship therapist and lifelong rule breaker, I said: enough with the trial and error approach! And so I founded LovEd, a self-improvement company committed to revolutionizing the way we love ourselves and others.
Because frankly, it's time to do love differently.
The bottom line is: I believe we can create the closeness and connection we seek when we are willing to be vulnerable. I believe that when people have the courage to heal themselves they can become the people they were meant to be.
I do NOT believe that intelligence equates to emotional maturity. And I firmly believe that our purpose in life is to practice unconditional love and acceptance, for ourselves and others.
